    3. 3.Registration Number (tail number)
    4. 4.Aircraft Total Time
    5. 5.Pictures of the Interior and Exterior
    6. 6.Airport Base

    STEP 3

    Set the Price

To help you set the price we offer two options:

    Market Value Estimate

Fractrade will use the information provided to produce a market value estimate of the aircraft by using live market comparables to help you price the share competitively.

    OR

    ASA Certified Appraisal($7,500)

Have the aircraft appraised onsite by an ASA Certified appraiser. Fractrade has exclusive flat rate pricing with ASA Certified appraisers who specialize in shared aircraft.

  4. 4
    STEP 4

    Start Marketing

You will receive a draft of the listing for your approval. Then we will display your aircraft on our Shared Aircraft Market Platform and begin the process of notifying our industry relationships and clients. A Listing Activity Report will keep you updated with the traffic around your aircraft.

  5. 5
    STEP 5

    Prepare the Agreements

An interested buyer will need to submit a signed offer letter for your approval. Then it’s time to engage a designated aviation attorney to form the Purchase Agreement (for the plane) and our Private Share Agreement (for the owners).

  6. 6
    STEP 6

    Inspect the Plane

After the Purchase Agreement is signed, the buyer has the option to perform a “pre-purchase inspection”. The scope of the inspection will be pre-defined and completed within a certain timeframe at the buyer’s expense.

  7. 7
    STEP 7

    Get ready to Close

The escrow agent and aviation attorney will generate a closing statement for both parties to review. A Closing date will be set and the final funds and signed documents will be collected and disbursed.
